I'm unable to configure the genders for the mod. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place but is that not an option anymore?

It's now in serverconfig/doggytalents-server.toml in the world folder, if you copy this file to .minecraft/defaultconfigs it will copy the config to any new worlds
