Issue Description: Doggy Talents 2 not working as intended

Steps to reproduce:

1. Created new world
2. Spawned wolf and tamed it normally
3. Tried converting it with Training Treats (had a stack of 64 and still didn't work) but it didn't convert
4. Tried to redownload it and still didn't work

Additional Information:

• More Details: Overall mod isn't working properly even when I downloaded it again it started Minecraft again. Not sure if its other mods interfering since all of the mods before this is working properly. Hope I'm not the only with with the issue.

I can't recreate this with DT 2.0.1.2 for 1.16.x on Forge 34.1.35 for 1.16.3 or Forge 35.1.4 for 1.16.4. What other mods do you have installed?

I have same issue, I know it must be a mod conflict but i cant figure out which one. It seems we both have AI-Improvement mayhaps we should try disabling that one, and any other mod that might conflict with mob/ai/etc... I also know Quark changes some things related to vanilla MC. Hmmm...

Thanks for the tip, I'm pretty new to modded Minecraft so I really don't know how all this works.

I just found that the Scaling Health mod is incompatible with doggy talents
