Issue Description:

If you have both Scaling Health and Doggy Talents installed you can't spawn a dog from doggy talents by any mean (doggy charm, doggy treats on a wolf or /summon) they just can't spawn

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install both Scaling Health and Doggy Talents
2. Create a New World or join a all ready existing one
3. Try to have a Doggy Talents Dog
   4.Redo without Scaling Health

Should be fixed in 41b16d7, I will hopefully release the fix today
