Console spamming unnecessary debug logging

hello,
I would like to know what is the "[Server thread/DEBUG] [doggytalents/]: Healing tick increase: 12 1" and how to stop it to better use the console please
These are left over from dev work, I will remove the unnecessary ones that are not debug worthy
Pushed e40d282 to remove unnecessary debug logging, will hopefully release later
