Issue Description: My client-side only has 3 config options, which I'm not sure is the correct amount (since I've read about other config options). However, this may be outdated information, and that's all that I get. In addition, however, no config was ever generated on a forge server I created with the same minecraft and forge versions. Attached below is the client config that was generated.
