Issue Description:

I have the "Better dogs" (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/better-dogs) resource pack added to my game, textures are fine until using treats on wolves or previously tamed dogs, then their textures become streaky and nearly invisible.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use treat on previously tamed dog
2. streaky bad texture error

Hey, thanks for taking the time to create this issue and I'm sorry I didn't get round to resolving it. I've not worked on this project for a while and have decided to archive the git repository.
