Doggy talents crashes minecraft when opens the inventory.

Environment And Mod Information: Doggy Talents Last Update used (sep 1 2021)

  • Minecraft Version: Minecraft 1.17.1 With Mods
  • Doggy Talents Version: 1.16.5-2.1.0.0
    Operating System (OS): windows 10 Home Edition.

Issue Description:

I Used some comands to spawn 3 dogs and 3 beds in order to use the mod cause i dont know how to craft anything in the game crashes when i open the inventory. it doesnt let me make a spawn point for the dog (they dont do their bed when i press shift+click) i tried left and right click.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. use comands to produce 1 dog (tamed).
  2. use a creative collar for the dog.
  3. spawn a dog bed.
  4. open the inventory and step the mouse next to the bed. imediately crashes the game.

Additional Information:

i checked first if anyone else has this issue before but i didnt found anything. and i just created this account to report this bug. please excuse me if this topic is repeated.

@HellenChan Most likely crashed cause your using a hacked client, Tlauncher is a hacked client that allows you to get around not paying for the game

To diagnose this problem better could you provide the latest crash logs. From the screenshot your provided they should be called C:\Users\Dell\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\versions\Minecraft mods\crash-reports\crash-2021-09-06_23.14.47-client.txt or similar

I think not. It mostly doesn't have anything to do with the launcher itself, provided that the launcher handles Minecraft properly. Please provide your full mod list if you have any other mods running, which is the most likely cause.

Hey, thanks for taking the time to create this issue and I'm sorry I didn't get round to resolving it. I've not worked on this project for a while and have decided to archive the git repository. Fear not, there is a fork https://github.com/DashieDev/DoggyTalentsNext which might be of interest. I don't expect to be back within the Minecraft community so farewell and happy mining!
