Feature Description:
- Just Remove Collar sheers and make a slots in dog inventory like. helmet, chestplate, boots, cloth, sunglases, collor, radio collor
- Remove Collor Shears because these can untame a high level dog which is very unsafe,
- I suggest u a option to untame the dog that there is a button in dog inventory that name is Untame, press that button to convert the dog into normal minecraft untamed wolf.
- Add the Name of the dog on the top of dog inventory, cus it is very confusing to know which dog inventory it is.
How about having an option to warn users when they clicked on the dog who has no accessories? This has some advantages over the cooldown, especially for new users, as they may unintentionally untame the dog who didn't add any accessories in the first place, and a little bit more intuitive if the collar shear is still used to remove accessories...
.
I have a new idea, like in vanilla minecraft, shear are used to remove the hair of sheep, so in this mod u should use this shears
as scissor to cut dog hair and make it cute, and untame button for untame dog, and in real life pets can't be untame, and also in vanilla minecraft, so remove the untame option.
I guess using the shear to shape the dogs requires new render models..... that requires some model design but consider there is a texture change button...... I don't think that's necessary. The untame option for me does sound awkward, but technically someone may need it, I just want the option to not be as easy as a click of a mouse,
My idea was to show a confirmation screen when the user carry out the untame action, make sure they do it with their consent
Untame dog with shears makes no sense. but untame with untame button makes sense.
realistically one does not simply "untame" an entire up bringing of (hopefully well treated) domestication... but then again, neither should cutting off a dogs collar and letting it go free also do that. it'd probably be too attached to it's owner at that point... but oh well...
Hey, thanks for taking the time to create this issue and I'm sorry I didn't get round to resolving it. I've not worked on this project for a while and have decided to archive the git repository. Fear not, there is a fork https://github.com/DashieDev/DoggyTalentsNext which might be of interest. I don't expect to be back within the Minecraft community so farewell and happy mining!
