Issue Description:

The rider who is riding the dog still takes damage when :

• The dog got PillowPaw level in range 1 to 4.
• The dog didn't actually take any fall damage.
  The logic on handling fall damage should get some fi x due to it allows the the rider for the dog to take fall damage even when the dog blocked the fall. I have attempted to fix it and came up with a solution that i pr-ed at #358 i wonder if it is the optimal solution.....

The rider who is riding the dog still takes damage when :

• The dog got PillowPaw level in range 1 to 4.
• The dog didn't actually take any fall damage in regards of the PillowPaw talents.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Get a WolfMount dog
2. Train him with PillowPaw
3. Ride him and jump from a high place below the PillowPaw threshold and above 4 blocks
4. Your dog blocked the damage while you keeps taking damage as usual
