Hard dependence on beta version of JEI

Environment And Mod Information:
- Minecraft Version: 1.18.2
- Forge Version: 40.1.86
- Doggy Talents Version: 2.5.10
- Java Version: 8 Update 261
- Operating System (OS): Windows 10

Issue Description:
When using the CurseForge app, only release versions of mods are installed by default. Installing JEI and Doggy Talents through the app will trigger a crash as Doggy Talents is targeting a beta version of JEI that is not recommended yet.
Steps to reproduce:
- Install the recommended version of JEI through the CurseForge launcher
Additional Information:
One is required to manually select a specific version through the app, which is unfortunately a bit tedious.
Hi maintainers, can you please fix this? KubeJS is not compatible with the JEI 10 beta.
