Dogs attack creepers without having the Creeper Sweeper talent

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn a creeper
2. Spawn a dog
3. Set the dog to either Aggressive, Tactical, or Berserker mode
4. Make the dog attack the creeper
5. The dog attacks the creeper and makes it not explode
