The ability to put items in the doggy's chest is very handy early on, but the daily loot from villagers is a bit OP in a way (many stacks of gold, pork, iron and even diamonds after a few IRL days).
Disabling the entire Pack Puppy talent would be unfortunate, an option to disable only the special ability would be nice.

Apologies, I didn't notice initially that the villager bonus is a separate talent (Puppy Eyes), until one of the players on my server pointed it out just now. Closing this issue.
