[1.12.2] Completely Broken

Environment And Mod Information:
- Minecraft Version: 1.12.2
- Forge Version: 1.12.2-14.23.0.2528
- Doggy Talents Version: 1.12-1.14.2.311
- Java Version, Build, and Byte Type: Version 8 Update 151 64 bit

Issue Description:
I have the following mods installed:
Whenever I join the game I obviously get the emblem and tame my wolf, use the training bones to level him a bit.
However, whenever I find a wild wolf and use bones to tame him, he is tamed and has a collar on. Exactly like default, and none of the DoggyTalents items will work on them. Only the wolves spawned in by emblems. You may remember that I mentioned how I thought WolfArmor was preventing Doggytalents from working, turns out that's not the case at all, the mod DoggyTalents is the problem.
Steps to reproduce:
- Install the mod.
- Play the game.
- Find and tame a wolf.

You have to give them the doggy treats in order to convert the dog into a DT dog
You have to tame the wolf first, then use the first treat: the training treat to convert the dog into a DT dog
If you're still having this issue I'm not sure what to tell you.. I can't get the issue on either client or server. There is a certain order of items you must give to the wolf in order to get a DT dog: Tame it with a normal bone, then give it a Training Treat (the brown treat)
I was able to test once again earlier today. It hadn't worked previously at all, in that order. But after some tests, it thankfully worked. Not sure what was wrong before, I used the same exact methods. Anyways, hope this doesn't happen again.
