Found this missing texture while switching dog textures:

I'm using the latest forge, (31) and the latest mod version.

That's in all the versions and known already actually. I'm not sure if there's a way to fix it directly (from where I can get into it at the least), but it's something that seems fixable. Not sure if it is intentional or not though; but I'm sure @ProPercivalalb will handle that :)

This is intentional, it allows you to add up to 128 doggy skins. Add custom textures here and give it a unique {NO} - assets/doggytalents/textures/mobs/dog/doggytex{NO}.png

That's wonderful, but my dog is stuck like that now... and I'd rather not have to add or change anything with the mod like you're suggesting.

Use the index switcher to cycle through until you get back to the normal textures
