Issue Description:
Cannot use the stick on a generated dog or tamed wolf on a multiplayer server
Can use the plank on multiplayer
Can use the stick on single player

I cannot recreate this bug the sticks and plank works fine in multiplayer. Are you sure the dog is tamed to you?
