Beds Are Missing Textures

Issue Description:

Whilst spawning in some things from Doggy Talents (creative mode) I noticed the beds appeared in NEI as the standard purple-and-black checkered no-texture. I placed them down anyway and they were still no texture. Why is this? I have about 100 other mods downloaded but none of them affect textures as far as I know.
