Crash during launcher startup

When I startup launcher, the launcher returns a crash report and shows that there is a problem with the mod.
minecraft.log
Same problem. Even went back a version, but still crashed.
latest.log
Going back to 1.1.0 or 1.0.0 allowed the game to launch.
