[Suggestion] Add a tag to blacklist certain entities/mobs from being affected by Intimidation

As a packdev, I'd like the ability to make mobs immune to the Intimidate effect via a tag. While having big bosses run away from pets is funny, it can potentially be overpowered, conflict with intended mechanics or gameplay, or cause player annoyance. Such restrictions also add to game feel- sure an average monster would be scared by a wolf making itself look scary, but not a giant Naga or Wither Storm!
