Hi, one of the players on my server reported having an issue where they placed the wrong tag on an animal, tried to remove it by applying another tag, and instead of giving them back the original tag, it gave them a duplicate of the second one.
They tried and replicated this with another two tags, which also gave them duplicates of the second tag.

Any fixes to this? Anything silly we're missing?

I have the exact same issue, and would really like to remove the collar from the pet.
