Sometimes the dogs despawns and never come back with your mod items like the bed or lantern.

I was at home and the dog was nearby but after a bit time the dog was no more there and gone forever.
i saved the dog with an altar but hes not dead and after few days the dogs dont respawn by the lantern or pet-beds.

Have you set the dog to wandering? If so, you could try teleporting the dog to you by using "/tp @e[type=minecraft:wolf]".

I thought I lost my dog and cat because they wandered really far and couldn't get them to come back with the drum, bed or lanterns. The beds appeared unassigned to my pets when I removed them, thinking they despawned but I got them back with the tp command. This should be marked as another issue but the mod hasn't been updated since 2023.

My dog was in "Follow" mode. i cant teleport to the dog or teleport the dog to me. i cant revive the dog with the altar or petbed. the dog is gone like never exist.
