It turns out that AI improvements fucks with some things that are important or something

The same thing seems to be happening in the 1.19.2 Version of the mod. I've narrowed it down to some kind of incompatibility with the mod L_Ender's Cataclysm. Easy to reproduce simply make a pack with this Mod and L_Ender's Cataclysm.

That is strange I have that mod in this version that I report a bug in initially and it's not causing it
