I don't know if it's intended, couldn't find nothing about it. But I was trying to make some builds around Mushroom Blocks, but it seems the Architect's' cutter don't accepts them. Is this intended or a bug?

Not all blocks can go into the architects cutter by default, they have to be tagged for which blocks they are accepted. Mushroom blocks are probably not in that list in that case.
