When I try to place a panel against a block, the panel preview does not appear in front of the block I'm trying to place the panel against.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a panel using the Architects Cutter.
2. Place the panel in your hotbar, and then select it.
3. Hove your crosshair over a block.
   Result: The preview of the panel either isn't visible or appears in the lower right or left corner of the screen.
   Expected: The preview appears over the block you're trying to place the panel.
