Missing PanelBlock.class

In every release inside of
\com\ldtteam\domumornamentum\block\decorative

the PanelBlock.class file is missing. This is causing crashes in multiple mods (e.g. MineColonies).

The corresponding .java file (PanelBlock.java) is present in GitHub under
\src\main\java\com\ldtteam\domumornamentum\block\decorative

so maybe it got "lost" during bytecode generation.

Nevermind, I see that it is present in 1.0.39-ALPHA, I was using 1.0.31 where it is not there.
