As the title says, the shingles are not properly or not at all rendered on the world/mini map or ingame maps. Would be really nice if i could see the different colored roofs of my colonie if the shingles were rendered.

Sorry that is not possible.
Mojang locks the materials (Which is what is used for the map color) on startup.
