AppleSkin hotbar elements are not moved.

Extra but not as important issue: The stats keep the extra offset when alt is held with the Inventory Hotswap mod which looks kind of weird. But also, I think you should check what Inventory Hotswap is doing to offset the UI elements as it seems to work on the AppleSkin elements too so, it might be more reliable.
