Ores Don't Generate Properly With Cubic Chunks

When playing with the Cubic Chunks mod, which extends the height of the world and removes the bedrock layer, Draconium ore doesn't appear to generate in either the Nether or the Overworld, though it still generates in the End. The Chaos Islands also still generate. I don't know much about coding, but if I had to guess, I'd say the standard ore generation uses the bottom of the world as a reference.
