(Dupe bug) Integer Underflow error in draconic energy core

Base information

  • Minecraft version: 1.12.2
  • Mod version: 2.3.12.297-universal
  • Minecraft Forge version: 14.23.2.2625
  • Mod Pack: (if applicable) Not the Bees (I temporarily added DE so I could test energy queen mechanics easily with the Energy core)

If something inputs a negative number (aka > 2.147 billion rf/t) into the energy core's input pylon, it'll underflow up to the max value. This can be accomplished by using a [career bees] energy queen in an alveary covered in frames.

The vanilla forestry frames don't work, any other modded frame with 2+ production should
