Base information

• Minecraft version: 1.12.2
• Mod version: 1.12.2-2.3.12.297
• Minecraft Forge version: 1.12.2-14.23.4.2705

When I try to use Tool Config GUI, I almost cannot switch enchantments off/on.
When I clock on 'off' it doesn't become 'on'. sometimes some of other ehcnantments activates but I'm unable to use them all. Tested on sword with:

Looting III
Reaper V
Knockback II
Sharpness V
Soulbound(EnderIO)
