Please add(or readd, I was sure there was already one) a Wyvern Hoe.
Maybe for 1.10.2, 1.11.2 and 1.12.2?

Nope it was never implemented. Im not even sure if i have a model for it. If i do i will consider adding it when i have the time. But a wyvern hoe is not high on my list of priorities.
