Issue report

I have a tier 7 energy core that loses all energy on world load, It has two energy pylons hooked up on input, but nothing on output, so I'm not sure what could be taking energy from it.

For some reason getting a decent amount of power into the core fixed this, it would go to zero if I saved with under like 1% but now that it's at 25% it seems fine.
