Updated Russian translation
Many Russian players had their eyes flowed out when they saw the Chaotic core translation.
Fixed this and a couple of problems in the translation, as well as translated the book
I have just pulled a PR that updates the Russian translation so this issue is probably fixed. Also the built in documentation does not support translation and is deprecated. It will soon be removed in favour or the new Project Intelligence
