This functionality is nice, however, it removes the ability to bind wireless transceivers to machines that can be rotated, from what I've tested. Maybe a separate wrench, or Ctrl-RClick to bind as another option instead?

Oh whoops i will make it only rotate blocks when set to the "mode change" function.
