Description / steps to reproduce

Dear Support team,
I used Apotheosis tu upgrade my draconic items quite alot, as an example my staff of power:

Once I Upgraded my Draconic Bow to Chaotic, all Apotheosis Upgrades were wiped, Leaving it like this:

I would love, if the Devs could find a possibility to make these 2 mods compatible.
