Description / steps to reproduce

Use an apotheosis reforging table to add an affix to a draconic item (tested with bow) then open the draconic evo modify tool menu. The bow looses its gemstone slots, and is replaced with APOTH_REMOVE_MARKER
According to this issue on the Apotheosis Github, the Configure tool screen is breaking tooltips

Outside the tool editor config it looks correct,
