[1.20.1] Mob grinder and Undying Module death "limbo"

Description / steps to reproduce

  1. Equip Draconic chestpiece with undying module
  2. Place Mob Grinder
  3. Get attacked by Mob grinder
  4. Undying module saves you from death
  5. Now you are in "limbo" - whenever you get damage directly to health (example: when your shield is down) your health is set to 0 and you are dead but alive. You can walk, interact with buttons doors etc. but cant open inventories etc.

When you are dead but alive you cannot die any further.
/kill command doesn't kill you either.
Only temporally fix i found is to use /heal command and after getting hit to health you are again dead and live.

Could not reproduce this issue, there is likely something else in the pack that is doing something funky on death events.

There's a reason why the mob grinder is not set to kill players by default. Disallow the grinding of players in the config.

This same applies to monsters that picked up totem of undying and were attacked by mob grinder.
