I'm assuming you're asking if Loot Cores can be disabled so you can use the Magnet Card from AE2WTLib in your Wireless Terminal connected to your ME System, since Loot Cores cannot be directly inserted into your ME System.

Loot Cores, if I remember correctly, are not a thing in Draconic Evolution 3 (for Minecraft versions 1.16.5, 1.18.2, 1.20.1, and 1.20.4). If you're getting Loot Cores, you must be using Draconic Evolution 2 for Minecraft version 1.12.2. If this is the case, yes, there already is a config option to disable it. Look in the folder config/brandon3055 and search around for the option to disable it.

If you're on the newer versions and this is happening, then instead use the Ender Collection Module to directly insert dropped items into a privatized Ender Chest from Ender Storage.
