Basic a user can put there ender chest in the tools gui and each time the go minning al items will go into the chest not the player inventory. This would open alot of options for player they then would be able to have an processing center at home which allow them to mine longer without having to stop to put the items in a chest.

That may be a bit tricky to implement. But i may look into it at some point when i have more time.
