Draconic Energy Core Tier 6 and above won't extract energy in FTB Infinity lite 1.10.2 ver 1.3

When upgrading to Tier 6, I could no longer get energy out of my Draconic Energy Core, when going back down to Tier 5 it worked.
Went into a Creative world, built Tier 5 and everything worked, went to Tier 6 and I could no longer get energy out, and the same thing when I went to Tier 7
Ok so it is when i am using Mekanism cables or quantum Entangloporter. I am able to put energy in with them, but not get them out.
