So, when I go to aroma's mining world and I use all of my wyvern pickaxes' energy, and then I use my advanced dislocator to teleport home it refills the charge on my pickaxe. I'll test a few other things and report back. Note: So far I've only observed it with my pickaxe, I have no other wyvern tools but I do have armour. Which the bug does not occur there.
