[1.10.2] Energy network doesn't work with Ender I/O Machines

So, I've got the massive Tier 7 Energy Sphere up and running, with some jiggery I got the Extreme Reactor to output power (that's another issue in of itself, the Energy I/O Crystal can't take power from an Extreme Reactor) to it. Got an output Energy Pylon, Energy I/O Crystal set to Output on it, connected it to a wireless relay in the center of my machine room, connected all my machines, and took out the Viberant Capacitor bank, then all my Ender I/O machines ran out of power. Everything else seems to be working fine, I just can't get Ender I/O to accept power from the wireless relay, can't get the Viberant Capacitor bank to accept power from an Energy I/O Crystal or the relay, etc. I've had to setup a second tap on the Extreme Reactor to power the Viberant Capacitor to run my Ender I/O machines. >.< Let me see... Updated Draconic Evolution this morning so...

O.o Ok, figured it out, Output is into the block and Input is out to the world. Backwards to my thinking, but, eh, that could be just me.
Nor Actually Additions, nor Refined Storage, nor Mekanism. There are red beams connecting the Wireless Energy Crystal to the machines yet they're not getting power. The Energy I/O Crystal / Pylon it's connected to is set to Output. So it should be working. >.< Oh and the Energy I/O Crystals aren't accepting power from the Extreme Reactors power tap. I have had to make Actually Additions energy relays to feed power into the input Energy Pylon.
