After crafting the Tier 4 Energy Storage it would not form as a multiblock. But it is still working, but not showing the round orb.

Relogging did not fix this and lowering the tier did not work either.

For some reason I was able to start the Tier 4 Storage and activate it without the Redstone blocks near the core. So after breaking everything I noticed that I was supposed to place redstone blocks on the inside near the core. And after doing that it did form and show the round orb.

Strangely it was working even when faulty built. Could not seem to replicate it after breaking some blocks.
