[1.10.2] Draconic Energy I/O Crytal Dosent recieve Power from Environmentaltech

As per our discussion on TeamSpeak, Directly connecting an DE Energy I/O Crystal to an Environmental Controller which outputs the power, the crystal recieves no power. It works when connecting an EIO Conduit to ET controller an then placing the Crystal on the conduit from EIO.
