Hello.
Mostly, title says it all. I noticed, that some configuration options are completely ignored by mod.
What I mean: in config I set one value, but in game I see default value. Most of these values are tool stats.

I guess, configuration loads too late (after initialization of items with default settings).
Please, fix this issue to allow modpack makers use all the power of this mod.
