Issue:
When trying to place an item in the world, it will not get placed.

**Further testing has found this to be an issue with SpongeForge (1.12.2-2529-7.0.0-BETA-2726 to 1.12.2-2529-7.0.0-BETA-2729)

Issue is present in all current versions of SpongeForge for Minecraft 1.12.2 running on Forge 14.23.0.2529
I'm guessing this will become a SpongeForge issue and not a Draconic Evolution one.
