Issue:
Unicorn horns only work once per game restart

More info:
i did some experiments and i found out that the effect time is saved across uses. (i used the horn, got the effect, drank milk and used it again. and upon that second use the timer instead of starting again at ~2min 15s started at the time i cancelled it with milk (eg if i drank milk at 1m 47s and used the horn again it would start at 1m 47s)

I did try restarting minecraft mid effect as well and it resulted in me being able to use the horn once and get the full duration of the effect after the previous ran out. (didn’t test this one that much tho)
