Bug Description:
As the title says, LO is making it so BOP saplings do not grow, and cause ticking errors when attempting to grow naturally. It doesn't crash the server from our experience but too many saplings have caused lag

Mod Version:
1.6 (though we were having this issue with 1.4 and 1.5)

1.20.1

Tested on Singleplayer but it affects our server as well
