Horses ignore groundtie when dogs are around

Bug Description: I've tamed some wolves and took them home to decorate my Ranch. When i dismounted my horse next to the wolves/dogs, the horse takes off running, ignoring that it is saddled and ground-tied, even tho the wolves are also tamed. I also tested this with others of my horses and they all do it, despite being saddled.
I also noiced they do wander off, just much slower. Feels like they "push" themselves every time they try to move and then end up a little bit further from where I left them. Over time they can wander far with this, despite ground-tied from the saddle.
Gets easily very annoying when you have dogs follow you on travels and you just get up for a short moment to collect stuff, then your horse bolts off into a random direction and you hunt after it.
Mod Version: 1.7.1
Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
Have you tried removing other mods? Did the issue persist after removing them?: Tested with just LO 1.7.1 and had this happen in 1.6 too if i remember correctly. I also have no other pet/animal mod, so these are vanilla wolves/tamed.
Are you on Singleplayer or a Server?: Singleplayer
Thanks for the report. I've seen this issue myself before, but unfortunately there's not a lot I can do about it. The navigation is supposed to stop entirely, but the avoid/ random stroll goal often overrides it. All I can suggest is not keeping your wolves near your horses.
In the Pets Overhaul, O-Dogs won't scare horses so you'll be able to keep them near them when that releases. O-Wolves will still scare horses, regardless of tame state.
Thats great to hear. I'll be looking forward to the pets. :D
Until then I guess travelling with horse and wolves will be a bit difficult xD
