Bug Description:
After the Update to version 1.20.1-2.1

all my Male Cows disappeared even though they were named too
almost all my female Chickens looked like Roosters and changed Color
all my Roosters became Female while still looking like a Rooster
can't find male Chickens in the Wild (all Rooster looking ones are female by Gender test strip)
my Male Pigs become female and also lost their Tusks
I can just find the Leghorn Chickens everywhere

Have you tried removing other mods? Did the issue persist after removing them?:
did not try that, because it wasn't a Problem before the Update

also just saw that Trader Llamas are now normal Vanilla Llamas!

Most of this stuff was described in the changelogs of the update. You will likely have to replace chickens and pigs

Not sure about the cows. I guess just replace those with new ones too

You'll likely need to find newly-generated chunks to find new chicken breeds, since ones from older updates would've defaulted to Leghorn

As for trader llamas, I'll see if I can make an O-Trader Llama for next update at some point ^^
