Conflict with Team Abnormals Environmental Wisteria Trees

Bug Description:
For some reason, when this mod is installed, the wisteria trees won't grow beyond two or three blocks tall with no leaves spawning.

Have you tried removing other mods? Did the issue persist after removing them?:
I did go through a list of the new mods I added when I started having this issue to sadly discover that this mod was the one causing it. The issue does not persist unless this mod is present.
Are you on Singleplayer or a Server?:
Singleplayer
